For the purpose of these Terms and Conditions, the term "we", "us", "our" used anywhere on this page shall mean Lingosmith Learning Solutions and “you", “your”, "user", “visitor” shall mean any natural or legal person who is visiting our website and/or agreed to purchase from us.

Your use of the website and/or purchase from us are governed by the following Terms and Conditions:

1) The content of the pages of, and the courses on this website, is subject to change without notice.

2) Although we have taken complete care to avoid any inaccuracies or errors in the content of our courses, neither we nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on this website for any particular purpose. You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors, and we expressly reject liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.

3) While our courses have been designed with utmost care and provide in depth knowledge of the topics presented in them, we will not be liable/responsible in case you are unable to achieve the objective for which you purchased the course/courses. It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any courses, services or information available through our website meet your specific requirements before making any purchases.

4) The amount charged by us for a course covers only the course materials i.e. video lectures, accompanying documents and limited number of live classes. It does not include the fees for exams conducted by or materials or services provided by any other institutions or person/s.

5) We provide a limited number of live online sessions as part of our courses. These sessions will be provided at pre-decided intervals during the course. If you are unable to attend a scheduled session it can be rescheduled only once. If you are still unable to attend the session, it will be considered as forfeited and there will be neither an option to schedule it again nor any refund for it. We will not be liable/responsible for any technical or any other issues including but not limited to poor network and power outage that you may face at the time of an online session.

6) You may schedule the online sessions included in the course purchased by you at the most up to one month after the course is completed. After that, there will neither be an option to schedule them nor any refund for the unused sessions. A course will be considered as completed once the quiz after the last chapter in the course is completed successfully.

7) No refunds will be issued for any of the courses purchased from our website for any reason whatsoever.
8) The content on our website and in our courses is owned by or licensed to us. This material includes, but are not limited to, the design, layout, look, appearance and graphics. Reproduction is prohibited other than in accordance with the copyright notice, which forms part of these terms and conditions.

9) All trademarks reproduced in our website which are not the property of or licensed to the operator, are acknowledged on the website.

10) Unauthorized use of information provided by us shall give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offense. Copying, reusing and/or disseminating information from our website and courses without our express written consent is strictly prohibited.

11) From time to time our website may also include links to other websites. These links are provided for your convenience to provide further information. You are advised to exercise caution and discretion while using such links. Once you leave our website, you are no longer governed by these terms and conditions.

12) You may not create a link to our website from another website or document without Lingosmith Learning Solutions’s prior written consent.

13) Any dispute arising out of use of our website and/or purchase with us and/or any engagement with us will be in the jurisdiction of Pune, Maharashtra.

14) By creating an account on our website, you accept that you are a major (by age) as per the laws governing your place of residence or that you have the express permission of your legal guardian to do so, in case you are a minor.

15) We shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect to any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.
